Boxing

Authors note: Boxing takes a lot of energy and power. Its a painful sport but it only makes you stronger

Boxing is an intense sport. all it is, is one on one. Just you and another guy that wants to hurt you. If you lose you have no one else to blame but yourself. Boxing takes lots of power, strength and good reaction time. The last thing you want to do in the middle of a boxing match is to put your guard down and and you don`t want to hesitate to things, like i said before you have to have good reaction time so you can react to different moves. if you really slow i would not recommend boxing for you but go ahead and try it anyways.
